Cheap Flights!

If you've tried to book a no frills flight on the Internet recently you'll know exactly how this feels. I won't say the name of the airline but if you live in the UK or Ireland, you'll know exactly who it's aimed at! (Rhymes with Bryan)

WARNING - If you're of a nervous disposition stop watching at 4 mins 12 secs as the language and topics get a bit rich! Now don't say I didn't warn you.

  4. Have you watched the 'Larkrise to Candleford' series? I have enjoyed it so much....with the exception of a few places. I loved the character ...thomas brown. I watched the 3rd series all on youtube. I understand they are working on a 4th to be released in January. Like a good classic, you feel you know the characters and think of them afterward.

  5. Maggie Ann - I absolutely love Larkrise to Candleford. The characters are wonderful, hard to pick my favourite, Laura is very sweet, Thomas Brown is so funny, unintentionally! However I think Minnie is my favourite. I'm dying for the next one to start. Sunday night viewing hasn't been the same since it finished.

  6. How funny and clever. I wish our daughters and I could come up with something that clever and funny. Hope you and husband are doing ok. One more doctor visit and our 3 month and 6 month check ups should be done. Mostly they were all for Abe. I go Tuesday to see my eye surgeon, the one eye has been bothering me, feels like there's a spec of something in it all the time.

  7. Well, I'm not likely to book any flights anywhere, so I'll pass on the video for now.

You were right about the Tramadol. That stuff kicked my butt. First, I was euphoric, which wasn't bad at all, of course, until it went on well past my bedtime. I was wide awake most of the night as images passed through my mind so vividly that they almost qualified as hallucinations. Then came the dizziness, the nausea, and a generally unwell feeling that continued for the next two days. Now, I have a bottle with 89 Tramadol that I'll never take. Great!

  8. Okay, so I read what Just Laughing wrote about the video, and I got hooked.

  9. I wrote "Just Laughing" when I meant "Always Smiling," and I haven't even taken any Tramadol! However, in the middle of writing, I knocked over a full quart bottle of water, and had to dry a great many photos and papers in the oven, so I'll offer that as my excuse. Of course, I'm also awfully old and not a little senile, so maybe that will work even better.

  10. Snowbrush - Tramadol definitely acts as a hallucinogenic. After my husband's operation 2 men in his ward had hallucinations during the night about parties and taxis! Needless to say he got no sleep.

The video is a good laugh taking the mickey out of one particular airline!
