  1. Thank you, Dear. The same back at you.

  2. Hi Winifred, Happy Christmas to you and your family as well.

We woke up to snow on the ground but not more than an inch. It warmed up and was pleasant all day.

I am hoping Christmas Day will be as enjoyable :)

  3. The very best to you and your family. Merry Christmas hugs

  4. I wish you a very Merry Christmas, Winifred.

  5. Season's Greetings Winnifred. Wishing you and your family a very Merry Christmas and all the very best that the New Year has to offer.

  6. A very Merry Christmas to you and yours also Winifred !

  7. I hope your Christmas was as happy as ours. Have a great New Year as well!

  8. Happy Christmas to you Winnifred and a happy and prosperous New Year.
The growing of ones own herbs etc for medicines sounds great but the process to turn them into that is often tedius.

Of course things like Sage tea for sore throats is easy.

  9. Hi Winiford...I just read your comment on "18 Wonderful Years", where you said you've sewn but never made a quilt. I am encouraging you to just jump in there. There is nothing to be afraid of because unlike constructing clothes, there is nothing right or wrong. If nothing matches you can call it "folk art" and if nothing matches you can call it a "scrap quilt"....don't worry, and just relax and enjoy the process. That is all making a quilt really entails anyways. I have not yet looked at your blogs, but I will right now! Have a great day!

  10. HAppy christmas to you and all the best for the year ahead

I'd love to hear from you:

My Singer 338!

Well here it is my very first sewing machine, the one I got for my 21st birthday in 1966! I know it cost my Mam  a lot to buy it for me...
